Week of February 20, 2012

Exciting events in our classroom: Please keep selling pizzas!  The final turn-in day is this Friday, February 24.                                                                   The Sock Hop is this Saturday, February 25 from 6:30-10:00 in the OLL gym.  Everyone is welcome to come and have a fun time!

Focus areas for the week: Religion – Beatitudes; Lent Language Arts - Daily 5/CAFE - finish one "good fit" book - suffixes Math – Multiplication of factors with two or more digits (Please help your child practice their facts!) Social Studies - Finish up Native American unit; President's Day Science - Ecosystems and Recycling Spelling List within floor ocean shore living enough voice among listened people *repentance

Dates to Remember: Saturday, Feb. 25 (6:30-10) - Sock Hop March 12 - 16 - Spring Break
